Rome: such a distinction

I’m a TV addict and lot of my time is spent watching TV shows (yeah, yeah, free time). I’ve watched innumerous TV shows and have written reviews on several TV episodes. While talking about TV series, people usually say TV shows are repeating themselves.

And, it’s true to some extent. You’ll find same story, same arc with different characters’ on some TV show. But, there’s only one show which can be called distinct, or truly different TV show.

Yeah, I’m talking about ‘Rome’. Show’s big budget and production values make the show look like a movie rather than a Television show. That’s why Rome has won Golden Globe, Emmy Nomination and BAFTA awards. Watch the best of Rome here. Series opens with the conflict between Pompey and his long time friend Caesar. It’s a story as old as the story of humanity itself - both men want power and Rome just isn’t big enough for the two of them. Series like Rome are rarely made and whenever they are made, they never fail to leave their mark on the viewers.

Rome has successfully completed 2 seasons. But now, it’s officially confirmed that Season 3 is not coming. What rubbish, why did they cancel the series? Quality shows are very rare, and those which are there, are being cancelled. Aah! I’m feeling so helpless. Well, what to do?

Rome Season 3: Not Coming

Rome has completed two successful seasons but after two seasons only, the hit HBO series has been cancelled. What’re the reasons behind the cancellation of the show? Well, it’s clear now that the series has been cancelled due to low rating and too many expenses.

They have decided to cancel the show and there’re no ‘Rome’ episodes for the last one year. There may be other reasons why they cancelled the show but there’s a single reason why I’m writing this post and that is only to make you guys aware that the complete Rome TV show is available online and you can download every episode.

Now, it’s possible to watch Rome, whether season 3 comes or not. So, don’t care about season 3. If it’s announced, latest information will be here and if it’ll not come, then Season 1 & Season 2 are available for download here.
